Nikhil Kinikar
Nikhil started Nextenture with a simple idea: branches need fewer systems, not more. He built NPC to bring the daily work of branch teams into one place, and took it from concept to product with a lean team and close ties across the industry.
An engineer at heart, he grew up in a small town in India and supports girls in technology at his alma mater. Outside work you'll find him reading history, exploring astronomy, running, painting in watercolor, playing harmonica and table tennis.
