Reflexis Systems, Inc., industry leader in real-time store operations and workforce management solutions, announces that Reflexions 2018, the annual Reflexis User Conference & Expo, set record attendance with over 250 attendees. Retail executives and leaders discussed strategies and best practices in the new retail landscape, including real-time store operations, advanced workforce management solutions, and the use of analytics to increase customer engagement.

Several notable announcements from the event were:

- Reflexis Document Repository—a centralized, user-friendly document storage solution—was also debuted.
- Reflexis continued investment in cloud technology, demonstrated by the recent opening of the Cloud Center of Excellence and the more recent achievement of SOC 2 Type 1 attestation.
The Reflexis Knowledge Center also set a new record for the number of participating industry solution partners, which included Nextenture, Connors Group, CMI Time Management, Synel, Zebra, IBM, Pricer, REPL, SMG, and the Poirier Group.
