As the Workforce Management Programme Manager of Dixons Carphone, Robin Phillips leads workforce management initiatives that have positively impacted more than 42,000 colleagues across the chain. To conclude Wednesday, Ryan Nalette led a workshop in which he detailed how Nextenture led the implementation for Bob’s Discount Furniture, which won the Reflexions’ annual “Best Implementation” Award.

“If I were to describe Nextenture with one word, it would be responsive,” Nalette said. “Their team truly goes above and beyond all expectations that we had heading into the project.
