Nikhil worked at Reflexis for over two decades as the Director of Development and Professional Services. Here, Nikhil learned the foundations of software implementation, workforce management and labor scheduling, having experience with Fortune 100 customers within the United States and Europe.
VP of Sales & Alliances
Will is a dynamic, self-motivated leader with more than 15 years of experience helping the world’s largest organizations improve business processes, maximize growth, and improve profitability. Prior to Nextenture, he was a leader at Reflexis, RedPrairie, and UPS, also graduating summa cum laude with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s from Georgia State University. He is a firm believer that selfless service to others will produce both personal and corporate dividends. Will drives business for Nextenture by focusing on developing collaborative solution based partnerships, and building long-term, high-quality relationships.
Executive Director of Professional Services
Maygan Cianflone has over 10 years’ experience in Apparel & Fashion Retail, having worked in store operations at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as a project manager and supervisor of all AEO field and store communication. Before joining Nextenture, she also worked as a Business Analyst at Reflexis for five years, carrying out software implementation and training for clients such as CVS, Toys ‘R’ Us, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and several others. Through her time in retail and specifically with Reflexis products, Maygan brings a training and design point of view to Nextenture implementation, training, and solution deployment.
Executive Director of Operations
Keshav Shivdasani has over 13 years’ experience in the retail software industry. As a member of the management team at Nextenture, he focuses on Operations and Marketing. Prior to his current role as Head of Operations, Mr. Shivdasani served as the Vice President of Marketing at ThirdChannel, and before that as Global Marketing Director at Reflexis Systems. At Reflexis, he managed a $2 million marketing budget and led a cross-functional Marketing & Sales Operations team consisting of event planning, marketing communications, industry relations, sales enablement, and value engineering. He earned an MBA from Boston University in 2005, and received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India.
Ken has worked in training and development for over a decade, leading blended education programs for Apple, The Estée Lauder Companies, and our Nextenture client base. While Ken has created learning solutions for everything from talent development to systems proficiency, he has also developed mobile applications rooted in mental health, behavioral science, and operations efficiency. Previously the Director of North American Retail Store Education and Change Management for the Estée Lauder Companies, Ken joined Nextenture to focus on product development. With each new project, Ken looks to leverage years of teaching, technology, and change experience to craft seamless and intuitive solutions for our clients.
Director of Retail Strategy
Chris Bass used to work with Advance Auto Parts as a Director of Labor Productivity, having managed several workforce management initiatives for countless employees. He was also a senior consultant at Accenture and earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Director of Customer Success, LATAM
José Cortez is a Nextenture project manager who works with partner and clients teams within Latin America, leading the Nextenture Mexican office. He’s worked within retail for over 20 years, from working as a senior analyst at L Brands, manager of store finance at Barnes & Noble, to being a director of Financial Operations for the Retail Labor department at Party City. Jose is also an avid cyclist in his spare time.
Director of PMO & Change Management
Libby has worked in retail for over 30 years, mostly with Barnes & Noble Bookstores, where she managed stores and all areas of store operations, store communications, workload planning and scheduling. Here, Libby also managed the implementation of Reflexis Task Manager, earned an MS in organizational change management and acted as the Director of Store Operations. When she’s not working, Libby promotes literacy through her writing and by encouraging first graders to read.
Director of Learning
Deidre comes to Nextenture with over a decade of diverse experience in workforce training. From writing training grants for small businesses, to managing training programs for community colleges, to designing online trainings for correctional officers, her focus has always been on the audience. Before joining Nextenture, Deidre built blended learning courses for Axis Communications Network Certification program. In her free time, Deidre enjoys baking for her family, traveling, and photography.
Director of IT
Along with having a background in software engineering, Harshal worked as a vice president for the office of architecture at State Street and managed implementations for Satander Global Corporate Banking. In his spare time, he is an exceptional tabla player and has won regional and national competitions hosted by All India Radio.
Senior Manager of Implementation
Amanda has worked in retail for more than 15 years. Her experience includes being an executive team leader at Target, store manager at Aeropostale, and working her way up to be the Manager for Global Store and Field Communication at American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., and her current role at Nextenture. For Nextenture, Amanda brings critical insight through understanding how store tools and projects surrounding their implementation affect all levels of a retail organization.
Senior Manager of Implementation
Sumit worked in Deutsche Bank for five and a half years as a project manager in data center services before working at JP Morgan Chase in data management. He then moved to Boston to work at Nextenture. Sumit graduated from Rutgers University with a masters degree in electrical and computer engineering. He’s also a tennis enthusiast.
Head of India Operations
Before working at Nextenture, Rahul worked at Reflexis Systems, Inc. for a decade as a Manager of Product Development. He graduated from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Masters of Science in Computer Systems, and has expertise in agile methodologies, requirements analysis, and SQL. In his spare time, Rahul is also an avid photographer.
