Nikhil worked at Reflexis for over two decades as the Director of Development and Professional Services. Here, Nikhil learned the foundations of software implementation, workforce management and labor scheduling, having experience with Fortune 100 customers within the United States and Europe.
Director of Implementation
Maygan Cianflone has over 10 years’ experience in Apparel & Fashion Retail, having worked in store operations at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as a project manager and supervisor of all AEO field and store communication. Before joining Nextenture, she also worked as a Business Analyst at Reflexis for five years, carrying out software implementation and training for clients such as CVS, Toys ‘R’ Us, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and several others. Through her time in retail and specifically with Reflexis products, Maygan brings a training and design point of view to Nextenture implementation, training, and solution deployment.
Ken has worked in training and development for over a decade, leading blended education programs for Apple, The Estée Lauder Companies, and our Nextenture client base. While Ken has created learning solutions for everything from talent development to systems proficiency, he has also developed mobile applications rooted in mental health, behavioral science, and operations efficiency. Previously the Director of North American Retail Store Education and Change Management for the Estée Lauder Companies, Ken joined Nextenture to focus on product development. With each new project, Ken looks to leverage years of teaching, technology, and change experience to craft seamless and intuitive solutions for our clients.
Director of Customer Success, LATAM
José Cortez is a Nextenture project manager who works with partner and clients teams within Latin America, leading the Nextenture Mexican office. He’s worked within retail for over 20 years, from working as a senior analyst at L Brands, manager of store finance at Barnes & Noble, to being a director of Financial Operations for the Retail Labor department at Party City. Jose is also an avid cyclist in his spare time.
Director of Customer Success & Retail Strategy
Libby has worked in retail for over 30 years, mostly with Barnes & Noble Bookstores, where she managed stores and all areas of store operations, store communications, workload planning and scheduling. Here, Libby also managed the implementation of Reflexis Task Manager, earned an MS in organizational change management and acted as the Director of Store Operations. When she’s not working, Libby promotes literacy through her writing and by encouraging first graders to read.
Director of eLearning
Deidre comes to Nextenture with over a decade of diverse experience in workforce training. From writing training grants for small businesses, to managing training programs for community colleges, to designing online trainings for correctional officers, her focus has always been on the audience. Before joining Nextenture, Deidre built blended learning courses for Axis Communications Network Certification program. In her free time, Deidre enjoys baking for her family, traveling, and photography.
Director of Operations
Keshav was the former marketing director of Reflexis and has more than a decade of experience in event planning, retail consulting, value engineering and workforce management, having been the lead driver behind the annual Reflexions conference. He also has expertise in brand and executive management.
Director of Engineering & Product Services
Along with having a background in software engineering, Harshal worked as a vice president for the office of architecture at State Street and managed implementations for Satander Global Corporate Banking. In his spare time, he is an exceptional tabla player and has won regional and national competitions hosted by All India Radio.
